Noorbanu Nimji’s legacy of sharing and teaching her special East-African Indian recipes in her four cookbooks in the A Spicy Touch brand series was recently recognized by Western Living magazine. Noorbanu was named one of their Top Foodies of the Year for 2016. You can read the article and see the great list of Western Canadian food leaders Noorbanu was included in here.
