A Spicy Touch cooking class at Paintbox Lodge in Canmore, Alberta

Karen will teach fromĀ A Spicy Touch: Family Favourites from Noorbanu Nimji’s Kitchen at beautiful Miele Kitchen at Paintbox Lodge in Canmore, Alberta on Friday, April 21, 2017. The class is already sold out and Karen is looking forward to meeting the intimate sized group of 14 Indian food lovers.

The group will enjoy fresh bhajias with two chutneys, shaved fennel and cumin salad, prawn masala, Noorbanu’s famous butter chicken, saffron rice, carrot pickle, palak paneer, bharazi and mango kulfi with date halva and chai tea for dessert. Gratitude to Sara Renner and Thomas Grandi the owners of Paintbox for the invitation and enthusiasm to host their first A Spicy Touch cooking class.

Karen will have signed books and our branded masala daba spice boxes for sale at the Paintbox Lodge event.

Noorbanu and Karen have had a good winter and are pleased and grateful for the book orders coming in regularly from across the country.
